Gaurav is a Law Graduate from the National University of Advanced Legal Studies, Kochi, Kerala. Gaurav specialises in Dispute Resolution matters and has been practising in the Supreme Court of India, High Courts, Tribunals and Trial Courts, since 2014. Gaurav also represents State of Uttar Pradesh in the Supreme Court of India.
He assists clients in dispute matters of corporate, civil and criminal nature. Gaurav has been advising Corporate Clients on legal strategies to resolve disputes and tackle litigation. He has considerable experience in conducting cases at all levels in Courts as well as before Arbitral Tribunals.
In addition, Gaurav specialises in Real Estate Laws including RERA {Real Estate (Regulation and Development Act)} as well as Insolvency Laws.
